CDEA or Coco Diethanolamide, is a nonionic surfactant manufactured from coconut oil. It is ideal for use in soap, shampoo, and detergent formulations as a foam booster and foam stabilizer. It also exhibits high electrolyte tolerance and therefore improves the performance of many surfactants in hard water.
